/api/v1/benchmark/active-asr

ASR target of the running job, polled per call by the loop VAS answer-bot.

Unauthenticated + rate-limit-exempt: it returns only a 0-100 integer and is fetched by FreeSWITCH mod_curl (which can't carry the runner token) on every looped call to throttle answers to the target ASR.
