/api/v1/live/calls/metrics

KPI-strip aggregates for the Live Calls page, derived from the CDRs (the live active-calls snapshot only holds in-flight calls, so CPS/ASR/PDD cannot be computed from it). CPS is the call-setup rate over the last minute; ASR/ACD/PDD are over a 15-minute trailing window. None when there is no traffic in-window.
